A nurse from Medicals Direct will contact your client on their preferred date and time. The interview won't take longer than 30 minutes.
Medicals Direct will immediately pass the information on to
Bright Grey who will issue a decision within 24 hours of receiving the information.
At the same time we'll send your client a copy of the answers they've given so that they can check the information collected is accurate and complete. If they make changes to the information they've already given us, this may affect the decision we've made.
