Interactive quote & apply

Our interactive quote & apply system is simple, intuitive and fast. It works alongside our data capture form, which avoids any unnecessary questions for ‘clean’ lives.


Underwriting rules, limits and combination risks are all built into the system, which simplifies the sale, saves you time, and means you can give your clients an immediate decision.


You can also amend quotes before submitting the application, which helps when it comes to tailoring the plan to suit your client's budget.


Soon after it was launched, interactive quote & apply won both the Business Innovation of the Year and Best Use of Technology awards at the National Business Awards 2008.

Helpful hint for interactive quote & apply

Using our data capture form avoids unnecessary questions for 'clean' lives, and simplifies the overall sale. If your client answers 'yes' to some of the health questions, our interactive system will ask for more information before you can submit. At this stage you will need to contact your client for the additional details. You can save the application at any time and go back to it when you're ready.

This internet site is designed to work with Internet Explorer (IE) versions: 5.5, 6.0 and 7.0.


You may need to enable certain settings within your IE. Once you’ve logged in we’ll check these automatically and let you know how to make any changes needed.

Telephone application service

Our telephone application service works in partnership with Medicals Direct to gather medical evidence directly from clients as an alternative to contacting their GP. This helps to speed up the time it takes to process your clients' applications.

We've made improvements to the screens and data capture form to allow you to choose a preferred and alternative date and time to contact your clients. Click here to download the data capture form for telephone applications.
