Our Helping Hand service gives your clients access to their own personal nurse adviser from independent care advisory service RED ARC. Each nurse adviser is on hand for as long as they’re needed – whether to talk through particular symptoms, or discuss the emotional impact of death or illness.
They can also arrange treatments that will help your clients recovery, at no additional cost.
We also work with HCML, one of the UK’s leading rehabilitation case management companies, who can provide the services of a personal rehabilitation case manager, where necessary, if your clients have an Income Cover for Sickness plan.
And we offer all Bright Grey plan owners and their families 24-hour helplines and tailored advice from independent experts – and the only cost is the price of the call.
