New roles at Bright Grey
Bright Grey, the Edinburgh based protection specialist, is delighted
to announce the appointment of Paddy Lynch as Operations Director.
Paddy took up his new position on 20 May 2004 and is now responsible
for overseeing the combined operational area of Customer Care,
Underwriting and IT.
Paddy’s experience includes customer care and IT in both
the life assurance and banking sectors. His last role was as Head
of Sales & Service for Intelligent Finance.
Commenting on his appointment, Paddy said: “Bright Grey is a young, dynamic, ambitious company with great customer focused people and I am delighted to get the opportunity to help build on their early success.”
Additionally, Bright Grey’s Deputy Chief Executive, Tracey Ashworth-Davies is taking up the role of Director of Strategy & Development. Tracey said: “It is now vital that we concentrate on our strategy and development plans so that the business is in good competitive shape for the future. My new responsibilities will ensure that we continue to focus on developing and attaining our strategic aims and delivering long-term success in the protection market.”
Bright Grey has undergone rapid expansion over the last year. Since opening its doors for new business in March 2003, Bright Grey has more than doubled in size to over 300 employees. And it’s still growing and recruiting.
