Bright Grey will pay your clients' plan payments for them if they are unable to work because of an illness or injury or are unable to perform a number of working tasks. We will start these payments once your clients have been sick for longer than the deferred period they choose. We will continue these payments until the first of the following happens:
the person covered recovers and is able to return to work
the person covered no longer meets the definition of incapacity
the cover ends
the person covered dies.
We automatically include Payment Cover for Sickness with Income Cover for Sickness.
Bright Grey offers two definitions of incapacity under Payment Cover for Sickness:
Own occupation and
Working tasks.
The definition of incapacity we give your client will depend on their health and occupation.
