We've improved your user experience by changing our submission process. The changes we've made will reduce the time it takes to submit an application. You won't see an 'out of hours' screen anymore and there won't be any delay when you submit a new personal protection application.

Once you press submit, this is the next screen you'll see. You can either get a client pack by choosing the drop down menu at the top or use the highlighted link in the text on the page as shown.

The new 'client pack search' link (circled above) will allow you to search for any client packs.
