On 16 January 2009 we made changes to our Level Life Cover rates on the Personal Protection Menu and Business Protection Menu

Pipeline business

All existing quotes are valid for 30 days and we apply old rates where we:

• receive the application and a copy of a quote created before 16 January 2009.
• receive these on or before the 'valid to' date shown on the quote.
• underwrite, complete and start the plan on or before 16 May 2009.

After this date our new rates will apply to all new and existing applications.
