Bright Grey wins the Financial Adviser's Five Star award for service

We're pleased to have been voted 'excellent' for service in the Life and Pensions category of the Financial Adviser Service Awards. The awards are regarded as the benchmark for service standards in the retail finance marketplace.

The Financial Adviser's Five Star award is the most sought-after in the industry. It recognises the importance of quality service from product providers to advisers. We are delighted to have won this year.

And that’s not all - we also recently won two awards at the National Business Awards for Scotland for Best Use of Technology and Business Innovation for our interactive quote and apply service. We continually look for ways to improve what we do so that we deliver a better experience for our customers. This year we have made a number of service improvements that include:
