We measure success based on your feedback. The 5 star award is the ultimate report back to us, showing that we're delivering exceptional service. But you tell us that in other ways too. Not just once a year, but all year round. And we use your feedback to keep us on track and improve what we do even further.

To find out what we do that makes a difference to your business, we send you twice-yearly surveys to ask for your comments, and we ask you to measure us against our competitors.

We make a note of the areas of the website you visit most so that we
know what information appeals to you most. We also notice when you open our emails – and when you don't – we don't want to bore you! We keep records of which marketing support literature you're ordering, so that we can do more of the same when it comes to giving you sales support.
