"One aspect of my job is to find trends in business being submitted and come up with better ways to process it. We recently started working with an adviser who was sending a number of high-premium cases through each day. Within a week his pipeline was growing so fast that I now schedule some time each week to call the adviser directly and discuss each case. This allows me to take ownership of each of them and really get to know each case he submits.

"So my role overall is to enhance the adviser's service experience by consistently delivering excellent service, from streamlining our processes, to addressing servicing issues as they arise – and hopefully this results in business growth for the adviser and Bright Grey. I'm also involved with personally overseeing high priority cases so that they go through as quickly as possible."
